Online Check-in

You can now complete the online check-in for Hotel Granvia and speed up your arrival. All you need to do is identify yourself at reception and start enjoying your stay in the heart of Barcelona.

Below, we explain the process step by step:

Who?

This procedure must be completed by every guest staying in the room, not only the person named on the reservation.

From the platform, you will find a shareable link so the other guests can enter their details and complete the registration.

When?

You can check in up to 7 days before your arrival at the hotel.

How?

The process is very simple:

First: to access online check-in, you only need to enter your reservation number and arrival date.

Second: you must complete the required information. You can do this manually or automatically by photographing both sides of your identity documents.

• Country, type and number of the identification document.

• First and last name.

• Sex: male or female.

• Date of birth.

• Issue and expiry date of the document.

• Address and postal code, including country and city of residence.

We will also ask for:

• Email address.

Third: to finish, you must accept our privacy policy.

You may also indicate whether you would like to receive special hotel offers.

Fourth: you can then sign digitally and complete the check-in.

We will send you an email confirming that you have successfully completed the process, together with the accommodation contract and registration card.

Once I arrive at the hotel after completing the online check-in, what should I do?

On the day of arrival, you must go to reception and mention that you have completed the online check-in; present the guests’ ID cards or passports; and show a credit card.
