The three star Barcelona hotel Granvía is located just steps away from the Passeig de Gracia metro stop.
It is also very close to Plaza Cataluña, from where you can take a multitude of city buses (including the Aerobus), or hop on the train (both RENFE national routes and regional rail networks stop here).
The Tourist Bus also has a stop at Plaza Cataluña, just 150 meters from the Hotel.
From Barcelona’s El Prat Airport (BCN)
There are three ways to get to the Hotel Granvía from the Barcelona airport:
- Taxi: A taxi to the hotel will cost approximately €30.
- Aerobus: The Aerobus costs €5.30 per person. Catch it right outside the airport terminal, and take it to the last stop, Plaza Cataluña. To reach the hotel, just walk down Paseo de Gracia 150 meters and make a right onto Gran Vía.
- Train: Ride the train from the airport station to the Paseo de Gracia stop. Once there, walk about 500 meters down Paseo de Gracia until you hit Gran Vía. We don’t actually recommend this option, as the airport train station is currently undergoing an extensive remodeling project and travel there may be incovenient at present.
From the Girona Airport (GRO)
The Girona airport bus will take you to Barcelona’s Nord Station. Once there, take the metro from the Arc de Triomf stop (just opposite the bus station) to Plaza Cataluña. To reach the hotel, walk up Paseo de Gracia some 150 meters, and turn right onto Gran Vía.
From the Reus Airport (REU)
The Reus airport bus will take you to Barcelona’s Sants Station. Once there, take the metro (Line 3) to the Plaza Cataluña stop. To reach the hotel, walk up Paseo de Gracia some 150 meters, and turn right onto Gran Vía.
